Irving is a Dutch Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement specialist, who guides leaders and teams to optimise business performance. He also loves spending time outdoors with his family, mentoring start-ups, surfing, and playing and coaching hockey. Irving firmly believes in empowering teams to achieve their goals, while keeping a smile on their faces. Organisations he collaborates with can expect to increase efficiency and quality, improve employee and stakeholder engagement, and most importantly: enhance competitiveness.
